Hi Dad. yea the weather has been pretty weird all over.  we heard that throughout the Mid-eastern states that the tornado's are unlike anything they usually have this time of year.  it hasn't been all that bad out here - some pretty nasty rain here and there but nothing to worry about, and so... Aaron has called aye? well if that ain't just out of the blue! cordial conversation huh? oh well, anyway, I guess that means that there is some progress happening, right? better that then getting worse, and what do you mean by "discuss how you could help" is something going on? not that I could do much about it out here except maybe offer ideas and/or my thoughts on the situation, but hey, I am but a lowly missionary, whose never been married or been in a "relationship" so what do I know, right?,oh well enough of the drama, I think we all know that TV has enough drama on it for everybody, sounds like it was a really good Sunday.
thanks for the reminder that I only have about 10-9 MONTHS LEFT!!! and EVEN FEWER TRANSFERS!!!, But anyway moving on, the new area is pretty good, we have two investigators who have baptismal dates within the month and there is also some potential for some new investigators and the ward is very good, we have a very nice ward council and they are very missionary minded.

today we actually got permission from President Cook to go onto Camp Pendelton,  sorry that I didn't include any of the pictures, but I will send you some of them in next weeks email.  there was some cool stuff but I didn't have enough money to get anything for souvenirs, except the pictures of course.  of course there weren't too many things that I really wanted to get, mostly just some really cool boots and maybe a new belt that I saw and I thought about some other things but none of them were really in my budget or something I could use.  fun fact about being on base what ever is purchased there is tax free (as in no sales tax, etc..) I wonder if it is the same on hill air force base? I don't know, we'll see, and so one last thing I wanted to mention, as of the past while(as in unfortunately a significant portion of my time out here) I have had trouble falling asleep, not really in getting to bed on time, more like actualy falling asleep, and that is really impacting my ability to wake up on time, although I have been doing better the past few days I was wondering if you could send me something I have been wanting to grab for a little while now, any kind of CD that has sounds of rain or waves would help a great deal, anyway gotta run times up, love you all.
