Nov 6

Nov 6
transfers were last week actually, and the reason why my email is late today is because today was our temple trip, went to the Newport beach temple, because I got transferred up into the Laguna Niguel stake, not telling you exactly where
but anyway,  I am kind of short on time today so I have to be quick.  yes elder Nash was fun and a good missionary, when did you talk to sister cook about him? oh well, my new companion is elder Ellsworth, from Colorado, and he knows one of my previous companions, elder Wilardsen, also from the same stake in Colorado, kind of funky huh?
about the absentee ballot, I fail, I forgot to register, or fill the voter registration out on printed paper and send it in so that I would be able to do absentee because it needed to have my signature, I feel like Akmed the dead terrorist, "I am a horrible suicide bomber, I set the timer for 30 minutes, it go off in four seconds... you know what that's like..." I am so sorry, that was an epic fail, but I guess that I can just continue to pray for him right?
about how the work looks to be headed, good but sporadic, so we have high hopes but it looks like there will be a fair amount of work involved (like always) about the mission tour I think that about 2 or 3 weeks at most would be decent, however if we want to go swimming in the ocean without either freezing to death or wearing exceptionally wet suits we would want to go during the summer but I figure that if we do it before the hustle and the bustle of college and work and all that then all the better because it would be simpler, but which ever works for you
on that note if at all possible I do have one heart felt plea for somethings I would like to do as soon as I am released, go to surf and swim, play the WII with everyone (meaning the family, not the whole neighborhood) and after all that, if at all possible, HAVE SOME TIME TO BE ALONE!!!! (kidding, kidding, kidding, at least on the last one, not the first two) ha ha ha, now that sounds like fun
and in closing tell randy if he really wants to serve a mission then he had better get really into those missionary prep classes, seeing as it looks like the time he and don will have in the MTC will be even shorter than I had, and so they really need to work on it right now.  the word on the street is that applications for missions have jumped from the average 700 a week to about 4,500 a week since the announcement and more than half of them are women.
not only will they have less time in training they will be out numbered by the sisters, by the way, is Clarissa still thinking about going? or Kristie  I think it would be good for them, oh well gotta go! love you all and hope to here from you next week!!!

PS: the cat belongs to our neighbor upstairs, her name is Princess, kind of a funny comparison huh?
