Hi guys.

Scott A. Washburn? ain't that a name for ya? washburn.. I think I have heard the name before, I am not sure, but good for her.

and so about that condo, what do you mean by safe-ish? is the area not that good? 

but anywho, as a thought since you mention water tempature - I have been informed that water-suits do well for those who are willing to put up with a little discomfort during winter months, even though it is still much warmer down here during the winter than up there.

anyway sorry to be brief but I am getting transferred today and had alot of things going on and so I will write you more next week.

Hi guys just kind of finishing up that email from last week, and so to be a little clearer, as a wondering thought about that condo thing. there are, in at least 3 of my previous areas, campgrounds right off the beach, and so that was one thought- but it may be better to just stick with the condo idea.

but anyway, about the sealing thing I am not sure when exactly that will be happening but if it is around the time I suspect then I may be able to arrange accommodations during that time but we will have to see. I am pretty sure that they are in the san diego district, and so that is all to finish up with this email.
